West Virginia lawmakers want the vendors who sell red light cameras and speed cameras to take their business elsewhere. A bill banning any form of photographic ticketing in the state sped through the House of Delegates yesterday with an 88-3 vote. The Judiciary Committee had unanimously approved the legislation just two days earlier after the transportation panel amended the measure to make the ban's language even stronger.
