Korylea Lebray, a 25-year-old woman from Edmonton, Canada has been charged with hitting a pedestrian and driving away -- even though witnesses confirm that she was neither behind the wheel nor in the car during the hit and run incident. The city is using the red light camera law to hold the owner of the 1996 Honda Accord responsible for the accident because the driver has not been identified.Police continue to seek assistance from anyone who may have information on the male driver of the Honda Accord or its male passenger. The driver is described as a 24-year-old white man, 6' tall, with a slim build. He was wearing a æ length coat or hoodie.
