France, Russia: Speed Cameras Scorched, Sprayed, Smashed
Vigilantes disable speed cameras in France and Russia with spraypaint, fire and metal rods.

Vigilantes in Lot-et-Garonne, France set fire to a speed camera at 1am on Thursday. The automated ticketing machine in the town of Laplume had previously been spraypainted several times, according to Sud Ouest.
