Burned French speed camera
Vigilantes on Sunday cut down the pole-mounted "turret" speed camera on the RD419 in Sundgau and set the device on fire. Just a few miles up the road, the speed camera in Tagsdorf, also on the RD419, had been torched on Wednesday. Vigilantes also knocked over the speed camera on the RD13 between Velle-le-Châtel and Vaivre-et-Montoille. In Contigny, the speed camera on the RD 2009 was disabled with red spraypaint on Monday, May 2.
