UK: Dump Truck Rampage Flattens Four Speed Cameras
A joyrider uses a 35-ton dump truck to smash four speed cameras in Wetherby, UK.

A stolen dump truck went on a rampage, flattening four speed cameras over a thirty-mile journey in North Yorkshire, UK. The joyrider who took the 35-ton vehicle also smashed fences and drove through a farmer's crops beginning in the village of Cowthorpe around 5 a.m. on Monday. The truck drove for 20 miles before taking out the four cameras on Walton Road in Wetherby. The suspect abandoned vehicle after driving for at least a few hours. Police are looking for suspects.

A North Yorkshire Police spokesman said... "We have no idea if the driver was drunk or not, but the cost of the damage will run into thousands of pounds. No-one has been arrested and we are appealing for any witnesses to come forward."
