Australia: Golfer Beats Speed Camera
A motorist armed with a golf club assaulted a mobile speed camera in Geelong, Australia.

A speed camera in Geelong West, Australia suffered a severe beating from a motorist armed with a golf club at 7:20am Thursday on Shannon Avenue. According to the mobile speed camera operator -- who sat in his car during the attack -- the man hit an external flash unit several times before tossing it into the road and driving off in a red Ford sedan.

Geelong Police are attempting to identify the golfer responsible for the attack.
