Wisconsin Cop Used Traffic Stops to Find Dates
Madison, Wisconsin cop looks for dates on the highway by pulling over women.

Jason Groves
Jason Groves, a Madison, Wisconsin Police Department probationary officer, resigned after officials concluded that he misused his authority to obtain the personal information of female motorists. Groves was found to have pulled over female motorists to check their registration and look for any possible tickets that he could issue. He would subsequently cancel the ticket.
