UK: Attacks Destroy Two Speed Cameras
Vigilantes destroyed two speed cameras in Cheshire, UK this week.

Vigilantes eliminated a pair of speed cameras in sequential attacks on Monday and Tuesday around 11pm. The automated ticketing machines had been located on Speke Road in the Cheshire County town of Widnes. The first was ripped out of the ground before being set on fire while the second suffered the more traditional attack of a gasoline-filled tire set alight.

Local officials vowed to install new cameras to resume ticketing as soon as possible.
