Supreme Court Authorizes Lethal Force in Traffic Pursuits
US Supreme Court decision allows police to use deadly force to end a high-speed chase.

The US Supreme Court yesterday ruled that it was permissible to use lethal force against motorists accused only of violating a traffic law if the police determine their driving to be "dangerous."
