UK: Speed Camera Decapitated
A downhill speed camera in Manchester, UK had was beheaded in a sophisticated attack.

A speed camera Manchester, UK lost its head earlier this month. Sophisticated cutting tools were used to separate the camera unit from its mounting pole at the bottom of a hill on Abbeyhills Road near Holts in the evening of June 3 or 4. Speed camera officials are appalled not only by the loss of ticket revenue from the missing device, but by the £40,000 cost to replace the unit.

"Somebody now probably has this as a 'trophy' in their bedroom, but it's so daft," Abbeyhills Residents Association member Faye Mills told the Oldham Advertiser.
