Wolverhampton, UK workers picked up and moved a legally parked car so that could paint double-yellow no-parking lines under it. Lisa Williams, 32, had legally parked her Vauxhall Corsa on Frederick Street where there was no warning that any work was about to be done in the area. Workers later had picked up the rear of the car and rolled it forward 20 feet while painting the no-parking lines.
