Dutch Camera Protester Fined $332
A man was fined US $332 for putting an empty potato chip bag in front of a speed camera.

A sixty year old man was fined 250 Euros (US $332) for placing an empty potato chip bag in front of a speed camera. The incident happened in Mijnsheerenland, a city near Rotterdam, Denmark. Police had been staking out the camera.

The Dutch province of Flevoland is also expected to introduce the first mobile speed averaging camera -- similar to the SPECS camera, fixed system, recently introduced in the UK.
